My brother had a Caprice wagon with a door jamb sticker that said “built in Texas by Texans”. I liked that.

Toyota and Subaru have done similar. C4 Corvett s have an awesome embossed Bowling Green, Kentucky plaque in the door jambs but t doesn’t show the shape of the state.

The NSX “Performance Manhfacturing Center” tags are pretty cool but I wish they had one more line that said “Marysville, Ohio, USA” I know they are trying to be a little vague and play up that is a stand alone high-tech factory rather than where it is compared to other exotics, but I wish they’d be proud of the fact that it’s in the Midwest USA rather than trying to hide that it’s not Italy or Germany.... it’s not like the Italian suoercars exactly have a reputation for high build quality
